All treatments are performed by qualified aesthetic specialists trained in the equipment and protocols they use. Medical-grade treatments such as PRP, mesotherapy, fat-burning injections and intimate rejuvenation are delivered under strict clinical protocols. Every treatment plan is preceded by a thorough consultation and skin assessment.

The right treatment depends on what you’re trying to achieve. For pigmentation, we typically recommend IPL Photofacial or fractional CO² laser. For scarring, texture or fine lines, microneedling or RF microneedling. For stubborn fat, fat freezing or lipolysis injections.

Yes. Our diode laser platforms are safe and effective across the full Fitzpatrick skin type range, including deeper skin tones. Non-laser treatments such as microneedling, HydraFacial, mesotherapy and RF treatments are also suitable for all skin types when performed by qualified specialists.

Your specialist will always assess your skin and medical history before treatment to make sure the settings, protocols and products are calibrated correctly for you.

Most clients describe our diode laser hair removal as a warm, tingling sensation similar to a light rubber-band snap. Our platforms include integrated cooling technology to keep the treatment comfortable, and we can adjust intensity based on your sensitivity. Most sessions on smaller areas take under 15 minutes.

Most treatments have minimal downtime. Expect mild redness or slight sensitivity for 24 to 48 hours after microneedling and laser resurfacing. Fat freezing, HydraFacial, IV drips and mesotherapy have essentially no downtime, so most clients return straight to their day.

This varies by treatment and by individual. Laser hair removal typically requires 6 to 8 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. Microneedling usually delivers best results with a course of 3 to 6 sessions. Fat freezing may need 1 to 3 sessions per area depending on your goals. PRP therapy is normally recommended as a course of 3 sessions.

Your consultation will include an honest, realistic treatment plan and expected timelines. We never oversell sessions you don’t need.

Prices are consistent across all four spas. Treatments start from R 200 for a vitamin shot and range up to R 5,800 for our most advanced multi-area fractional CO² laser resurfacing sessions. Most single-area treatments fall between R 650 and R 2,500.

All Skin Reform spas accept cash, card and EFT. VAT (15%) applies at checkout and is included in the prices shown on our price list. Treatment packages are available on request at every spa for clients wanting to bundle multiple sessions.

Yes. Vouchers are available for any of our treatments and make ideal birthday, anniversary or thank-you gifts. Browse our full treatment menu to purchase a voucher for yourself or someone else. Vouchers are redeemable at any Skin Reform location.

Results depend on the treatment. HydraFacial, IV drips and Carbon Hollywood peels deliver an immediate glow you’ll see the same day. Microneedling and laser resurfacing show progressive improvement over 4 to 12 weeks as collagen rebuilds. Fat freezing results become visible from 6 to 12 weeks post-treatment as your body metabolises fat cells.

Your specialist will set realistic expectations at your consultation and often provide before-and-after examples relevant to your treatment.

Aftercare varies by treatment but the essentials are similar: use high-SPF sunscreen daily, avoid direct sun and heat (including saunas and hot showers) for 24 to 48 hours, and follow the specific product regimen your specialist recommends.

You’ll receive detailed written aftercare instructions after every treatment. Following them properly is the difference between good results and great results.
